What is grounding?
What calms you and brings peace into your life? What connects you with nature? What things have you put off trying? I tried grounding this past year. Grounding is walking bare feet on grass, sand or just bare ground. I was scared to do it. Bare feet on the ground!! No way!! But guess what? It felt wonderful and I loved it. What are you scared of trying?
