What is your reason for your health and wellness journey? Why do you want to live longer and healthier? Why do you want more energy or to lose weight? These are my children and they are my why. I wanna live a long healthy life for them. To see them grow and succeed in whatever life brings them. What is your WHY?

What will you gain by being healthier? Is it having more energy or just being able to move easier?


What things could you do if you had less anxiety? Is it changing jobs or taking that trip you always wanted to take?
