Before I began with Lillian as my health coach, I was overwhelmed with balancing school, business, and personal responsibilities. This affected my sleep patterns, since I spent long hours in front of the computer, and neglected my physical health and nutrition priorities. I knew I needed a structured and holistic approach to avoid burnout and sustain my performance but did not know where to start. We worked on the nutrition part, pertaining to meal prep. Some of the issues we identified and corrected were preparing huge quantities, and she instructed me on ways to freeze and preserve portions for later so that I don’t have to worry about cooking so often. On the physical health part, I drew a schedule and committed to daily stretching and meditation regularly to help improve my energy, focus, and manage stress.
